Cancellation and Early Departure

(1) You may cancel free of charge at any time if government travel restrictions remain in effect.

(2) If the accommodation provider is unable to re-let the property by the agreed arrival date, the operator may charge 100% of the agreed price for each unoccupied day.

Tenant Liability and Obligations

The tenant is liable for any culpable damage to the rental property, furnishings or inventory caused by themselves or their accompanying persons. Defects must be reported immediately. Excessive cleaning costs beyond normal use must be reimbursed in full.

If the agreed number of guests is exceeded, an additional charge of 25 € per night per person applies. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Prices

Current prices apply. Prices from booking platforms are adjusted to the operator's official price list.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is collected upon conclusion of the contract and is due together with the first booking payment. A full refund is made upon damage-free return of the apartment, keys and furnishings without excessive soiling. The operator must itemise any deductions within 14 days of departure.
